History- His mom and dad abandoned him when he was seven and he was put in the system (Foster care) He is best friends with Ash because he mom fostered him. He is pegged as a runner by the gov. cuz he won't stay with families. He stayed with the Richardson's because of the horses he bonded with a paint mare named Snapdragon and Ashlan convinced her mom to give snap to Chase. Chase came here with Ashlan.
