Time to start. And it went like this: I walked Flame on both reins, then I trotted her
On both reins. That went on for a while. After that I cantered Flame on both reins. Next I jumped Flame. The whole lunging session took about an hour. As soon as I had finished, I let her cool down. There finished! And it was nearly totally dark now! Perfect timing! I just had to bring her back to the stables now.
